One of the biggest highlights in the month of February is Valentines Day.
Here in Indianapolis, February can be a tough month.We don’t get a lot of snow to make things pretty outside, so we have a lot of very gray, overcast days with everything looking dead and dormant. Having a holiday right in the middle of the month that celebrates LOVE provides a fun distraction!
And what better holiday is there to celebrate your precious newborn baby’s arrival than Valentines Day! Using the colors of red, pink, and white make for some fun photos to cherish your little Valentine and remember the time of year your baby arrived.
Combining the various Valentines colors allows for some sweet shots where there is no question that your little one is your sweet little Valentine. But you can choose to have a more simple set up and incorporate the colors separately, and still have the Valentines theme in your newborn photos!
RED is the primary color generally associated with Valentines Day.
We can incorporate red with cream or white accents. This is a lovely way to celebrate your little Valentine.
PINK is the other primary color that is generally associated with Valentines Day.
This is a fantastic color to request for your baby’s newborn session, because it can represent her arrival at the time of Valentines Day, but it is also a classic girl color that can be enjoyed year round as you display your photos in your home!
And then there are roses! The iconic flower associated with Valentines Day is the rose. And roses come in all kinds of beautiful colors!
We can celebrate your baby arriving around Valentines Day by incorporating a rainbow of colors of roses, or we can choose red or pink or any color you’d like and pose your baby in a set up with roses of your choice of color!
